Blockchain Tech Festival 2022 is carefully screening all sponsors, exhibitors and projects participating in our event.
1. Interpretation
1.1. These SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS (these “Terms and Conditions”) are incorporated into the Sponsorship Agreement executed by and between Blockchain Tech Festival (“Host”), and the sponsor, exhibitor, or project (the “Sponsor”) set forth in such Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”). These Terms and Conditions refer to the Company and the Sponsor as the “Parties” and may refer separately to either as a “Party.”
1.2. Your acceptance of the Agreement, whether in writing or by conduct, signifies agreement with, and acceptance of, these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Sponsorship Fee
2.1. In consideration of the Host’s obligations in connection with this Agreement, the Sponsor shall pay the Host the Sponsorship Fee.
2.2. The Sponsor shall pay 50% of the Sponsorship Fee as deposit and this deposit is non-refundable.
2.3. The Sponsorship Fee shall be paid by the Sponsor ** days from the date of the invoice issued to the Sponsor by the Host.
2.4. The Sponsor accepts that the Host will incur costs prior to the Event and that the Host reserves the right to submit the interim invoices, for a proportion of the Sponsorship Fee.
2.5. In the event of late payment, the Host reserves the right (and the Sponsor agrees to pay), interest on any amount payable under this Agreement at a rate of ***.
3. Obligations of The Sponsor
3.1. The Sponsor shall pay the Host the Sponsorship Fee.
3.2. The Sponsor shall provide the Project Nature description as a company/exhibitor/project.
3.3. The Sponsor shall provide a clear leadership team information of the company/exhibitor/project.
3.4. The Sponsor shall provide strong working record information of the company/exhibitor/project.
3.5. The sponsor shall comply fully with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Blockchain Tech Fest thoroughly screens our sponsors, exhibitors, and projects.
4.1. The Sponsor of Blockchain Tech Fest’s Project Nature will be thoroughly screened by the Host.
4.2. The Sponsor of Blockchain Tech Fest’s leadership team information will be thoroughly screened by the Host.
4.3. The Sponsor of Blockchain Tech Fest’s working record information will be thoroughly screened by the Host.
5. Blockchain Tech Fest (“BTF”) does not condone and/or allow financial advice
6. No Endorsement of Third Party Services and/or Hype and Direct Sales
5. Blockchain Tech Fest (“BTF”) does not condone and/or allow financial advice
5.1 None of the content from the event or speakers should constitute an offer (or solicitation of an offer) to buy or sell any currency, product or financial instrument, to make any investment, or to participate in any particular trading strategy.
5.2 Refrain from any expression of opinion (which may be subject to change without notice) that is personal to the author and the author makes no guarantee of any sort regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information or analysis supplied.
5.3 Authors or speakers should have a clear contribution to the development of Blockchain Technology and Utility.
5.4 Authors or speakers should provide educational value to the audience.
